CHOOSING a name for your baby can be a difficult decision to make, especially if you want something that will stand out from other kids.
But when a group of friends discovered they were all pregnant at the same time, they decided to give their babies matching names.
Posting on Quora, one woman claimed that her friends gave their kids really laughable names in a bid to be different.
Replying to the question: "What's the most laughable name you've ever heard a parent give to their new-born because they wanted to be unique?"
She quipped: "Literally, Unique."
She continued: "The story they told me was that they were sitting around thinking up names.

"They all agreed they wanted their babies to feel special so they wanted unique names.
"So as this point was discussed one of them had the brain wave to actually use ‘Unique’ as the name."
She explained that the group of friends thought the name was really clever and urged her to do it.
But then the other mums decided they loved the name as well and thought it would be a good idea to give the babies matching names.

"In the end, they all ended up naming their babies Unique because they couldn't get over how witty that was.
"Except that the fact that they were all named the same thing meant the name wasn't nearly as unique as they had hoped was completely lost on them."
