Head to Head
Rangers and PSV Eindhoven's first ever encounter took place way back in 1978 during the Last-16 stages of the European Cup at Ibrox Stadium in a match that ended with a goalless draw.
Since then, the two sides have faced off a total of six times with the Gers winning a majority of three games, compared to PSV's one and only victory.
However, the Dutch giants' sole win took place at Ibrox in 2011 during the Europa League Round of 16.

Good evening from Ibrox
Welcome to SunSport’s live coverage of the Champions League play-off qualifier between Rangers and PSV Eindhoven at Ibrox Stadium.
Both teams are closing in on the finish line as the winner of this round will seal their place in the Champions League group stage.
Gers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst looks set to welcome James Sands back from illness and hinted he could also have Ryan Kent at his disposal after he overcame a knock.
However, Kemar Roofe, Filip Helander and Ianis Hagi remain sidelined with a knock, foot issue and knee injury respectively.
Van Bronckhorst added that star man Alfredo Morelos won’t be fit enough for this crucial encounter and is set to be replaced by summer signing Antonio Colak.
PSV boss Ruud van Nistelrooy, on the other hand, has seen his attack getting depleted ahead of this crucial qualifier.
Noni Madueke, Yorbe Vertessen and former Tottenham loanee Carlos Vinicius are all sidelined with an ankle injury, appendix issue and hamstring problem respectively.
Manchester United legend Van Nistelrooy will also be missing defenders Mauro Junior and Olivier Boscagli due to a groin and knee injury respectively.
Richard Ledezma recently recovered from an ACL injury but may miss out after picking up a knock last weekend
