Davina McCall has showed off her sensational figure as she twerked in a yellow bikini on holiday after opening up on "accepting herself".
The 54 year old former Big Brother presenter is known for her gruelling fitness regime and she showed off the results in the tiny one-shoulder two-piece.
In the clip, a stunning view of the sea could be seen in the background as Davina strutted in and out of the shot before jumping back into the frame as she twerked to the camera.
The Long Lost Family host captioned the post: "Fun day at twerk. Thanks TUI team .. [love heart emoji] u x"
The star is mother to three children, Holly, 20, Tilly, 18, and Chester, 15, with her ex-husband Matthew Robertson, who she split from in 2017 after 17 years together.
Davina recently spoke exclusively to OK! on how she came to "accept" herself, saying: "I honestly feel it was mid to late forties. I now do not care what anyone thinks of me."
Speaking about body confidence, she said: "You can’t have body confidence without being confident all over. You just have to feel good about yourself. That’s not about what you look like, it’s about the feeling you get inside. It’s like magic! Sometimes you can have it and by midday it’s gone. Then, by three o’clock it comes back again."
She continued: "For example, I have days where I wake up in the morning and I think, 'I love this outfit, it’s all coming together nicely,' then I get on the Tube and someone shoots me a weird look and I think, 'I’m revolting.' Then I get to the afternoon and have a great meeting and feel really good about myself again."
Speaking about her love of fitness, the star said: "The one main thing that evens me out in terms of confidence and how I feel is my fitness. I’m talking about getting outside and doing a 20-minute brisk walk or doing a 10-minute workout when I get home. You don’t have to start massive, but doing any kind of exercise really helps."
Davina has previously spoken about her diet and fitness regime, saying that she doesn't follow a "restrictive" diet.
She told MirrorOnline: "Pre-children, I did the Atkins diet where I just had horrific breath.
“I did lose a ton of weight – it was miraculous – but the minute I stopped the diet I put it all back on again. What is the point in that?"
After revealing she works out three or four times a week, she added: "I stay fit a lot less now to be bikini body-ready."
